Since January 8, training camps have been held at the "Qazaqstan" Athletics Sports Complex, dedicated to preparing athletes for the XXVI Asian Athletics Championship. The camp involves 20 athletes from the Astana Olympic Training Center, who are being coached by experienced specialists: S.A. Arzamasov, T.A. Nazarova, and E.Sh. Avdienko.

The goal of these camps is to achieve a high level of physical and technical readiness for a successful performance at the championship. The training will last until January 25, during which the athletes will actively work on improving their physical fitness, refining techniques, and enhancing tactical preparation.

The training process is focused on comprehensive development, creating optimal conditions for achieving high results at the largest international event in Asia.
