On April 1, 2021, a meeting was held in the conference hall of the Saryarka cycle track with the participation of the chairman of the committee for sports and physical culture Serik Sapiev and the center's staff.

During the meeting, Serik Zhumangalievich introduced the new head of the Center, Andrey Vitalievich, to the staff of the Enterprise and wished him success in his new post. He also called for selfless work in the development of the country's sports industry.
