Astana, May 12, 2016. The Eurasia Foundation of Central Asia, the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Bolashak Association will sign a Memorandum of Cooperation within the framework of the project “3, 2, 1 - START”, aimed at systemic improving conditions for physical education and sports in rural schools in Kazakhstan.

Through the efforts of the project coordinators, during the year of its existence, a practical reform of the organization of sports leisure was carried out in the Arshaly district of the Akmola region, which has already brought practical results in the sports achievements of students and was noted by the office of the district akim.
