“Omsk Grand Prix-2019” ended with the best results of Kazakhstan

In Russia, the international cycling competitions on the track “Omsk Grand Prix-2019” were completed.

Competitions in the sprint and omnium were held on the first day. ⠀ Kazakhstani athletes at the Olympic Training Center for Cycling were able to prove themselves in the sprint. In the competition program, Pavel Vorzhev won the gold medal, and the silver medal was Andrei Chugai.

Temirkhan Siazbekov excelled among juniors in the discipline of cairin, Alexander Safarov took the second place in the podium.

In the discipline of Madison in the elite category, Alexander Bekenov and Dmitry Potanpenko took second place.

Also in the elite category in keirin, Rezanov Dmitry won a silver medal, and Sergey Ponomarev became a bronze medalist.

According to the results of the omnium among women, the athlete of our Center Rinat Sultanova took third place.
