On December 10 -11, “Saryarka” republican cycling track held international conference on “Improving the tests of the First President of RK – the Leader of the Nation - by exploring international experience and promotion among the population.

T. Essentaev, vice-minister of the Ministry of Culture and Sport of RK, and V. Uvarov, the head of the research laboratory of the Physical education Department of M. Lomonosov Moscow State University, the chairman of the Expert Council on RWD ARSESC (“Ready to work and defense” All-Russian Sports event and sports complex), participated in the conference. Also the representatives of the expert commission for “Ready to Work and Defense” sports complex of the Ministry of Sport of Russian Federation and representatives of local executive bodies in the field of physical education and sport were invited.

The main objective of the Committee for Sports and Physical Education is to promote the Presidential tests of physical fitness of the population of RK adopted by the Decree of the Government of RK №1545 dated December 31, 2013. This set of tests is also monitoring of the physical fitness of the population, on the results of which the work on improving healthy lifestyle and life expectancy of citizens will be assessed. During the international conference, the Russian specialists made recommendations and suggestions on this subject; this allowed us to consider the covered aspects in more detail.
