In the capital of Qatar, Doha, from April 20 to 30 this year. undergoes training camps (TCC) for special physical preparation for the World Cup in bullet shooting.

28 athletes, 1 senior coach and 1 massage therapist of the Astana Olympic Training Center take part in this training center.

Goals and objectives of TCB:

• work at an open shooting range, shooting taking into account weather conditions.
• selection of small-caliber cartridges individually for each barrel, taking into account the open shooting range.
• joint test shooting with the Qatar national team, competitive assessments.
• improving sportsmanship.
• compatibility of athletes in a team from different regions.
• work to increase the stress resistance of the athlete (tournaments, finals, shooting for results, as directed by the coach).
• work to improve physical endurance (holding a weapon in a ready position for a long time, workload throughout the day).
• vitaminization, taking into account loads.
• rehabilitation means, long-distance swimming in the pool, sauna.
• daily work with the team massage therapist, individual approach to each athlete.
• daily work in the fitness room on cardio equipment.
