If possible, fasten up. High-heeled shoes or an untied shoelace can cost you your life. Throw away your bag, umbrella, etc. If something has fallen, do not try to pick it up in any case.

From January 30 to February 2, the pupils of the taekwondo section, under the guidance of the coach Beisembay Alisher, took part in the Fujairah Open G-2 International Tournament, which was held in Fujairah (UAE). Over 1500 participants came to the tournament from all over the world.

Our young athletes performed well and showed good results. Beibitkyzy Adema became the champion in the weight category up to 36 kilograms. And also Kuandy Arlan in weight up to 24 kg. won a bronze medal.
