Information on public procurement for the I, II, III quarters of 2020
Since January 1 of this year, the Olympic Training Center for cycling has concluded contracts for a total of 756,056,323 tenge. Of these: services in the amount of 194,901,508 tenge; goods in the amount of 561,154,815 tenge.
In connection with the spread of the coronavirus infection Covid-19, all purchases were made in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 20, 2020 No. 127 “On determining a special procedure for public procurement”. Thus, in order to provide support to domestic producers, all goods were primarily purchased by requesting quotations using a special procedure. The exception is essential goods (masks, gloves, protective suits, etc.) determined by the Interdepartmental Commission on Public Procurement, established by order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Olympic Training Center for Cycling, as necessary to purchase goods / works / services, makes changes to the annual plan approximately in the first decade of the month.
We also inform you that from 06/01/2020, the following paragraph will come into force:
19) electronic catalog of goods - an information system integrated with a web portal, which contains information about goods offered by potential suppliers through online stores.

Clause 378 of the Rules: “..... Public procurement by the method from a single source by direct conclusion of an agreement on the grounds provided for by subparagraph 42) of paragraph 3 of Article 39 of the Law is carried out from the electronic catalog of goods.
In the absence of the purchased goods in the electronic catalog of goods, or the refusal of the potential supplier who placed the goods in the electronic catalog of goods from signing the contract, such public procurement is carried out in accordance with subparagraph 42) of paragraph 3 of Article 39 of the Law without using the electronic catalog of goods.
