From May 1 to May 5, an international taekwondo tournament in honor of the memory of war veteran Musakhan Kalmakhanov was held in Kyzylorda.

The competition was attended by 500 athletes. As a result, the Center taekwondo fighters performed successfully and won 2 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze medals.

Prizes athletes:
1st place - Tleubay Abdil Marcelo Lopez (30 kg) and Rakhimzhanov Alikhan (34 kg);
2nd place - Kaumbai Balnur (34 kg) and Sheraly Elonor (28 kg);
3rd place - Beybitkyzy Adema (34 kg) and Abdiqarim Sanjar (30 kg).
