HOT YOGA (hot yoga) is a style for active people. For those who are strong in spirit and are not afraid of experiments. Hot yoga is one of the best ways to stay healthy, prevent disease and feel young!

The greatest benefits of traditional hatha yoga come from people who perform the exercises not at room temperature, but in conditions as close as possible to the fairly hot and humid climate of Southeast Asia. Of course, not every beginning yogi can afford to travel thousands of kilometers in order to practice in a natural environment. Therefore, an interesting invention that allowed people to easily recreate the almost Indian climate necessary for yoga practice quickly gained popularity around the world.

A hot yoga class includes a sequence of Hatha yoga poses and breathing exercises, which are performed in a heated room to a temperature of + 38°C. A special climate mode allows you to relax joints and improve muscle elasticity for a deeper and safer stretch of the body.
